Estimates & Getting Started

Yes — completely free, no obligation, no pressure. We come to your property, walk through the project with you, and give you a clear honest quote. You never pay a cent to find out what your project will cost with us.

Three ways: book online, call us at (651) 371-1730, or email [email protected]. We respond to every inquiry within one business day to schedule your visit.

Within one business day. We’re available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We take every inquiry seriously — you won’t be left waiting or guessing.

Just a general sense of what you want done. Photos of inspiration or reference projects are helpful but not required. A rough budget range is useful if you have one. We’ll ask the right questions during the visit — you don’t need to come prepared with a detailed spec sheet.

Our Services

We handle interior remodeling (basements, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and more), decks, home additions, and other residential construction work including custom home builds and concrete. If it’s in or around a home, we can likely help.

Either. We do single-room remodels all the time — one bathroom, one kitchen, one basement finish. You don’t need a large scope to work with us. Every project gets the same standard of care regardless of size.

No — we focus exclusively on residential projects. That’s where our expertise and quality standards are sharpest, and it’s where we do our best work.

We take on a select number of custom home builds. We’re intentional about it — we don’t take on more than we can give proper attention to. Reach out and describe your project and we’ll give you an honest answer on whether it’s a fit.

03

The Process

We put together a detailed written proposal: scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing — no vague numbers, no guessing. We walk you through it and answer every question before anything is signed. Work only starts after both parties have agreed to and signed the project agreement.

Matt and Craig are hands-on every project, alongside our core crew. You know who’s in your home. That’s one of the real advantages of working with an owner-operated company — you don’t get handed off to strangers after the estimate is signed.

Where permits are required, we handle the application process. Permit fees are the client’s responsibility and are included or noted in your project agreement. We comply fully with all applicable local and state building codes.

All scope changes are put in a written change order and signed by you before any additional work begins. If something unexpected comes up mid-project that affects cost or timeline, we tell you immediately and talk through options before we do anything. No surprises in the bill.

Every day. We respect that it’s your home and you still live in it. The job site gets tidied at the end of each day and fully cleared on project completion.

04

Pricing & Payment

Because we don’t cut corners. We use quality materials and methods built to last, take the time to get the details right, and focus on fewer projects so each one gets the attention it deserves. Our work looks better and holds up longer — which makes it better value over the life of the project, even if the upfront number is higher.

Payment schedules are set in your project agreement — typically a deposit at the start, milestone payments during the project, and a final payment on completion. The exact terms depend on the scope and duration of your specific project.

Costs only change if the scope changes, and any scope change is documented in a signed change order before we proceed. You always know what you’re agreeing to before additional costs are incurred. Surprise bills are not something we do.

05

Quality & Warranty

Yes — we warrant all workmanship for one year from project completion. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. No runaround, no argument.

Yes, fully licensed in Minnesota and fully insured. Your property and the work are protected. Add your specific MN license number and insurance carrier details here when ready.

By taking on fewer projects. We don’t chase volume. Every project we accept gets real attention from Matt and Craig personally, not a rotating crew. That’s a deliberate choice — quality over quantity isn’t just a tagline, it’s how we actually run the business.

Materials and products supplied by manufacturers are subject to those manufacturers’ own warranties. We’ll always help you understand what’s covered and assist with manufacturer warranty claims where we can.
